The Fire Magic - Infrared Burner - A540 & A430

An infrared burner gets hotter than the cast-stainless burners installed in your Fire Magic grill now. This burner will allow you to sear you food faster and hotter than the conventional burner. This allows the food to sear which will help seal in the juices and marinades in your food. You shouldn't try to cook fish or anything delicate as this burner will burn it. Infrared burners are mainly used to sear food only.

This burner will be a direct replacement for your cast-stainless steel burner. The ignition is different on the infrared burners compared to cast-stainless burners which makes a quick swap difficult. This burner will include the burner and ignition connections.
